They will leverage their expertise to propel business growth and shape strategies at a professional level.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining enduring, long-term client relationships through regular communication and effective account management practicesCollaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptlyIdentifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clientsAnalyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities within assigned accountsProviding leadership and guidance to junior account management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementRequirementsHave a proven track record of successfully managing large key accounts in a similar professional rolePossess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholdersBe adept at developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve targetsDemonstrate a deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and industry trends within the Account Management functionBe capable of providing leadership and mentorship to junior account management professionalsPossess a relevant background in business, marketing, or a related fieldHave a solid grasp of financial principles and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectivelyBe proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client accounts efficientlyWork in a way that works for you
