• Provide attentive and friendly customer service, taking orders and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age.
• Engage customers in a lively and positive manner.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed.
• Follow the health and safety guidelines of the local health department to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Hiring Essentials:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable and consistent transportation.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Willingness to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
• 2 years of previous experience as a Bartender.
• Certification as a mixologist from a reputable bartending school preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
