Customer Service Representative (Nottingham office based)8am-5pm Monday to Friday – this role is office based – NOT REMOTEThe Role of Customer Service Representative

• As a Customer Services Representative you will be based out of our clients’ vibrant offices in Nottingham.
• You will work with a dynamic, friendly team taking inbound calls dealing with an array of customer service enquires.
• Tasks will include dealing with invoice queries, helping to resolve potential issues, liaising with other departments, updating the CRM system and doing follow ups.
• You will be in a fast paced – environment dealing with customers over the phone – therefore we are looking for your customer service & relationship building skills to build relationships with customers.
