Office locations can be foundThe RoleWe have an exciting 1 year FTC opportunity (with the possibility to extend or become permanent) at for a Recruitment Operations Coordinator within our Recruitment Operations Team.As a Recruitment Operations Coordinator, you’ll become part of a friendly and welcoming team of five coordinators. We use a squad model to enhance collaboration, so you’ll work closely with recruiters, workforce planning, and your RecOps colleagues to provide the best possible experience. Our team operates at a fast pace, collaborating on a variety of exciting change projects, and is an integral part of the broader Strategy & Operations team.The Strategy & Operations team is dedicated to enabling our colleagues to focus on delivery.   • Offer the highest level of service to the new starters going through Onboarding and then into their Induction ensuring they have a best in class experience. You could be managing up to 40 new starters at any given time.
  • Communicating with candidates via phone and email. Replying to queries in a friendly and timely manner
  • Organise, produce and maintain accurate records of your activity allowing recruiters to have an up to date picture of all onboarding
  • Comprehensive administrative support and assistance including reporting and database administration.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, interview panel members) and other central functions regarding the onboarding of candidates
  • Monitor the recruitment team inbox, as well as other communication channels such as slack/teams, responding to queries or escalating as appropriate
  • Deal with highly sensitive issues and personal data, acting with diplomacy and maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Contribute towards the organisation and coordination of team retrospectives, meetings and events
  • Being flexible and working to tight deadlines
  • Being part of teams that are always looking at change and improvement – actively contributing to different projects
