Job Description:Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Engineer student for the 2025 Winter Semester to work in our St. John’s office. This individual will be eager to learn, highly motivated, and have excellent attention to detail. - Planning
- Cost
- Materials & fabrication monitoring
- Project Change Notices (PCN’s)
- Variation Order’s (VO’s)
- Project Execution Plans (PEP’s)
- Writing reports and taking meeting minutes
- Filling documents
- Sending out meeting invites
As well as other additional administrative and research tasksQualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a University Engineering co-op program
- Excellent verbal and communications skills
- Excellent technical writing skill
- Offshore and Oil and Gas knowledge is preferred
- Team focused attitude with a commitment to quality
- Innovative problem solving mindset
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple and conflicting priorities
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
