There are various journeys that Makers experience. The Placement team oversees the journey of our developers on product particularly the placement stage, successful progression through our training, and outstanding transition into the workplace in a job they love. Their final goal is completion of an apprenticeship or conversion to perm for those on accelerator contracts.To help every learner reach their potential and complete their journey/placement which demonstrates their competency in a timely and effective manner on all our products including Apprenticeships and Accelerator.Key Job ResponsibilitiesSupport learners throughout their journey through to timely achievement in their apprenticeship.Setting key objectives and reviewing with the learner on a regular basis.Supporting the Placement team to ensure any assessment processes consistently meets national occupational standards and the requirements of Awarding bodies, ESFA and Ofsted (if applicable).Functional Skills (where needed)Deliver functional skills trainingSupport and feedback on curriculumBook exams onlineAssess speaking & listening exams (English)Carrying out progress reviews with learner and liaising with employers, completing supporting documentation.Working collaboratively with colleagues to optimise learner progress and achievement.Regular liaison with Client Partners to communicate learner performance, results and issues to ensure these are resolved promptly.Escalate any information gathered to Client partners to resolve with the Hiring Partner.Maintaining a record of Continuous Personal Development (CPD).Manage your diary & caseload efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.Establishing a safe working environment for any potential learner at an employer site, carry out the regular monitoring of the learner’s workplace that ensures a continued safe learning environment.To understand, comply with and promote the company’s safeguarding policy and procedures.To understand, comply with and promote the company’s diversity policies and procedures.To maintain an accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication.Support the delivery of a wider learning curriculum, e.g Prevent and British values.Track progress of this curriculum ensuring that learners and line managers are aware.Our Benefits and PerksWe have a minimum holiday policy, rather than a maximum.
