Job Title: Customer Service
Job Duties:
- Communicate with the company regarding any concerns or service failures
- Resolves complaints via phone, email, or social media
- Set up new accounts
- Prepare reports for high volume customers
- Maintain databases
- Conduct morning meetings
- Set up deliveries and pricing
Schedule
: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay:
$20-$25/hr DOE
Requirements:
- Must have experience in Manufacturing
- Knowledge of admin. procedures
- Experience in high volume customer service
Location
: Downtown Phoenix; Near Sky Harbor Airport
