Job Details:Hours: –4th Shift – Thursday to Sunday 8:00 pm to 8:00 amStarting Pay $18.90 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential premium.SUMMARY:The meat process operator controls the cooking process from hydrolyzing the product to a finished product.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Other duties may be assigned.Hydrolyzing raw Meat and blood.Sizing.Running the Machinery that processes the meat into make meal.Transferring of hydrolyzed meal to storage.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty atisfactorily.
