We are now looking for the next, key member of the team to commence their career with VANRATH.The RoleWe are seeking a highly ambitious recruitment professional to join our thriving IT Team, focused on developing and fostering long-term relationships with key clients and candidates in the sector. This is a high-potential desk, with an unrivalled candidate database, forged over the past 25 years, and you will be based in our Belfast HQ (with hybrid working available). The opportunity to join our IT Team should serve as the launch pad for any developing or established recruiter to take the next step to unparalleled earnings, exposure and stimulation in a key area of our business.You will enter into a ‘warm’ desk and hugely supportive and collaborative team of recruiters with strong, pre-existing relationships and well-developed networks. You will have an immediate opportunity to deliver significant fees and lift your own profile by making key appointments in the IT sector. You will also have the opportunity to put your own personal stamp on the sector with a market-leading reach via our social media outlets to current and prospective clients and candidates. This particular desk has always stood as one of the highest fee-earning desks in the business and should suit a high gravitas individual who is keen to establish themselves as a key member of our recruitment team and achieve true career progression and market-leading earnings.The Package

• Excellent base salary
• A guaranteed OTE for a period (12 months) as you build your desk within VANRATH

The Ideal Person

• A strong academic profile with high gravitas and confidence to deliver in a client facing, sales role
• 2 year’s+ Recruitment experience and a proven track record of delivering strong fees and maintaining relationships
