This company offers a full-time Monday through Friday work week, competitive pay, and an opportunity for you to get your foot in the door with a company who is a high profile advocate for affordable housing within our community.
Property Specialist Responsibilities:
- Assist potential tenants with questions and application process
- Problem solve any tenant issues, assist with resolution
- Provide professional communications via in person, phone, or email correspondence
- Administrative duties; data entry, maintain tenant files, work orders, maintenance calls, scheduling
You will be successful in this Property Specialist | CSR role if you are passionate about helping other, thrive in a highly diverse environment, and customer service oriented.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Property Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years customer service/admin experience
- Computer Proficient job related; MS office suites, outlook, excel
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Highly organized, able to multi-task effectively
Pay: $28.75 per hour
