Benefits CoordinatorStatus: Regular, Full timeLocation: Montréal, QuebecJob DescriptionAre you looking for …Helping and supporting our employees and managers across the countryA variety of programs to administer: Flex plan for 3 000 employees, retiree plan, HSA, PWA, EFAP RRSP/DPSP as well as various corporate programsBeing recognized for your expertiseOpportunity to take on more responsibilitiesHere are the challenges that await you:Support our managers in managing all types of leave of absences, oversee case management (human and financial aspects) including return to work plansImprove employee satisfaction with their benefits by providing excellent customer service and continuously improving our tools and processesWork in close collaboration with our external partners (insurers and others) and build solid partnershipsOn a daily basis, this means:Play a proactive role in the administration of disability cases and other leave of absence (WCB, maternity, etc.) in every province: coordination and follow-ups with all parties involved; claim management process; return-to-work plansAdminister our various programs from A to Z: enrollment, changes, exception requests, electronic data exchanges, payroll transactions, data integrity.Respond to employee requests via various communication channels; train and support our managers.Billing process: premium reimbursement tracking, reconciliationMonitoring of immigration files.Work in collaboration with insurers.Support the Payroll Team with daily HR transactions (hiring, transfers) as well as with year-end processes.Collaborate in drafting communication campaigns for our programs; manage re-enrollment period (biennial).You bring expertise in WCB management, HR transaction or payroll? We will adapt the role based on your strengths.Do you have what we’re looking for?Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration.Bilingualism required (French/English)Good knowledge of ExcelStrong writing skills and interpersonal communication skillsBasic knowledge of payroll and / or Workday, an assetTeamwork and customer serviceCuriosity, autonomy and well organizedWhat’s in it for youWe are a major player, involved in the energy transformation in Canada.
