This is a Direct Hire,
Inbound Sales Representative
 full time opportunity in the Scottsdale area for a lending solving/investing company. This position offers competitive pay and great benefits!

Monday-Friday Schedule with a few Saturdays a month

8 hours shifts

Friday lunches provided every week!

No cold calling!

Inbound Sales Representative Job Duties:

• Communicate directly with potential borrowers to understand customers’ needs and options.
• Gather and verify validation documents.
• Manage queue of accounts and ensure work standards are met with customers and agencies.
• Help develop company reputation with agencies and solicit referrals.
• Support borrowers and co-borrowers from initial contact through underwriting.
• Responsible for meeting monthly minimum goals/results.
• Document all information accurately in the CRM.
• Attend mandatory weekly sales meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.?

Schedule:
 Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as a half day


Pay:
 $18-23/hr Plus commission and bonuses!

Inbound Sales Representative Job Requirements:

• Customer Service experience
• Sales experience
• Experience with CRM software
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Call center environment
