WHY ROADSURFER?TEAMSPIRIT & TEAMEVENTS: Look forward to a collegial atmosphere with flat hierarchies, lots of fun and great team spirit, as well as regular team events such as barbecues or just an after-work get together at your stationCAMPER BUDGET: You get an annual camper budget to experience the #happyroadsurfing lifestyle for yourselfDISCOUNTS: Use our Corporate Benefits Platform and Family & Friends DiscountsTHE ROLE – YOUR PASSIONYou will build up and be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting of every single position that we open in North America including the kick-off of the position and the offer.You will act as an expert recruitment advisor to Hiring Managers and HR teams located in the US, Canada and Europe on talent trends, best practices, hiring strategy and competitive landscape.You will closely collaborate with our HR colleagues responsible for the US and Canada and proactively share updates and status of recruitment.You will screen and assess applicants to evaluate them on their qualifications, potential and culture fit.Manage the entire candidate experience and journey using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Ashby.Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future positions.Collaborate with our European teams on Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen roadsurfer’s presence in North America.WHAT YOU NEED TO SURF THE WAVE WITH USBachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field required.Master’s degree desired.At least four – five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.Be familiar with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment in multiple US States & preferably Canada.Outstanding communication skills in English, written and spoken.Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System such as Ashby or similar.Previous experience in a scaleup or in a fast-growing business.Experience having worked with European teams will be a plus.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred.SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.A job offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, and references check.WHAT WE OFFERRemote CaliforniaJob Type: Full Time-40 hours per weekPay Range: $69,000-$75,000/annualPTO: We encourage time off and offer up to 20 days of accrued PTO a year!Sick Leave: 48 Hours added day 1Enrollment in our QSHERA Health PlanRoadsurfer is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
