The Field Service Billing/AR Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of field service, including job sales, scope definition, scheduling, procurement, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. This role also involves accurate billing and coordination of materials to job sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in job costing, procurement, and billing processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Location:
South Phoenix, Near Sky Harbor Airport – 100% Onsite, Not Remote.
