Are you looking for a job where your General Labor skills are valued? A food production manufacturer is expanding its team and seeking a Manufacturing Palletizer with 1-2 years of experience in moving raw material handling to the production line, and/or filling pallets before shipments.
This position requires lifting, carrying, and pushing products weighting 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 12 hour shift. This position requires walking or standing most of the time during the shift. Position may be required to work weekends and/or holidays.
This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position, and a great opportunity to join a well-established business with over 70 years of experience. Manufacturing Palletizer Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency
• Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow
• Ensure package and product quality
• Operate all manufacturing equipment (including new technologies) efficiently and safely
Schedule: 7:00am – 7:00pm
- Days of the week you
work rotate - 3-day work-week,
followed by a 4-day work week - For example:
- Week 1: Monday,
Tuesday, Friday, & Saturday - Week 2: Sunday,
Wednesday & Thursday
Manufacturing Palletizer Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of warehouse experience
- Ability to sit and stand alternately throughout the shift
- Experience with high speed production line (high output, high performance, fact paced production environment)
- Experience with pallets (stacking/bundling product)
Pay: $17.50 per hour
