If you have stellar customer service skills and are adept at data entry, this direct-hire opportunity could be your perfect role!
Customer Service/Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via phone and email
- Process incoming orders
- Review inventory reports for accuracy
- Create and maintain customer order files
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay:
- $23-$29 per hour
Customer Service/Sales Assistant
Requirements:
- 2 years of administrative customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior CRM experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
