Are you in?About YouAs a Inside Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of 50 CT clients spending between £150k and £300k, with your main focus to retain and grow your portfolio of clients and make them advocates of Corporate Traveller and the FCTG family.You’ll be expected to review your clients business and pro-actively contact clients as well as ensure adoption of new products. A key focus of the role is leading review meetings, providing spend analysis and pushing for adoption of CT products. You should have a good relationship with your key client contacts and all of your colleagues at CT and support network in FCTG, ensuring a client never thinks about leaving CT.Qualifications
- Experience in customer/account management
- Ability to clearly articulate knowledge about products, services and value propositions to customers
