Administrative Assistant Job duties:
- Processing invoices
- Answering and distribute phone calls
- Customer Service
- Data entry
You’ll be successful in this position if you’re eager to learn, can effectively multi-task and pride yourself on being reliable.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a fast pace office setting
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service setting
- Basic computer skills and math skills
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
Pay: $21 per hour, depends on experience
- Opportunity to make more after hired directly
