Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryWe are currently seeking a Facility Operations Coordinator to join McKinstry as a military fellow in our growing Technical Services team in Seattle, WA. McKinstry supports clients and their facilities throughout the life of a building; the Technical Service team specifically focuses on the optimization and energy efficiency of existing buildings with a uniquely technical consultative approach. We work directly with owners to help them make effective decisions that improve the efficiency, comfort for occupants and lifespan of their buildings.As a Facility Operations Coordinator, you will ensure the efficient and effective functioning of our facilities by overseeing day-to-day operations. You are responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors and customers, coordinating with other departments, and processing work orders related to facility operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are meeting the needs of the organization and contributing to its success.If you are passionate about driving sustainability in the built environment and want to make an impact with your technical expertise, this role may be the one for you. - At least three (3) years of experience in facility operations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent technical and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Technical/Engineering degree or equivalent experience required.

This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. Base pay information is based on market location.
