This full-time, temporary-to-hire Client Services Representative role. In this role, you will be responding to client inquiries across multiple platforms, such as phone and email, and manage projects to completion.

Client Services Representative Job Duties:

• Email and phone correspondence
• Customer service to build and maintain relationships
• Work with time-critical projects

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Pay: $17 per hour

Client Services Representative Requirements:

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience working with a phone system
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
