- Manage Recruitment Projects: Identify, assess and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, based on provided job description within a technical recruiting environment.
- Acquire a thorough technical understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants
- Identify and implement relevant sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
- Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members across our Regions.
- Develop an ongoing and diverse Talent pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants. Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates.
- Among other responsibilities and challenges.
What you will bring to the team:
- Proven Technical/Engineerning as well as Niche roles recruitment experience in Rail industry.
- Comfortable dealing with data, numbers and able to build/present stories around those numbers.
- Experience working in large matrix organizations desired.
- Bilingual French and English.
- Ability to build a rapport with virtual teams in an international organization
- Excellent coordination and collaboration skills
- At ease in working with complex recruitment projects
- Highly analytical, action and detail oriented
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions, business articles, industry best-practices etc.
- Excellent time management & organizational ability
- Aptitude in communicating with stakeholders across different regions.
- Global & Cultural Awareness
- Strong ability to listen.
