Join a team that’s setting the bar higher every day!Your New Role: Assistant Project ManagerYou’re not here to just “assist.” You’re here to make things happen. As our new Assistant Project Manager, you’ll work directly with the Project Manager to ensure projects run like clockwork—on time and on budget. You’ll be handling everything from kickoff meetings to closeouts, juggling multiple responsibilities like documentation, workflow management, and financial oversight. Whether it’s assisting with billing accuracy or working through project hurdles, you’ll be in the thick of it, helping keep the ship steady.Here’s a taste of what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development of project execution plans and documentation reviews
  • Managing change orders, materials, and subcontractors
  • Coordinating with customers and internal teams to keep the project on schedule
  • Supporting budget setup and cost control alongside the PM
  • Playing an active role in project closeouts, including punch-list management and final billing
  • Contributing to our culture of continuous improvement

  • 1+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the electrical field, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of project management software
  • Familiarity with electrical products and equipment is a plus
  • Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Collaborative mindset with a results-driven attitude
  • Proficient in technology use
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Subject to random drug screening upon hire.
