A well-established,
family-owned HVAC company has a temp-to-hire Warehouse Lead role available in their organization. They support a wide variety of
industries – including wholesale distributors, government agencies, and
contractors.  

In this role, you
will be responsible for warehouse oversight, managing shipping/receiving processes and
monitoring inventory. You’ll also be communicating with vendors, clients and internal teams and helping with other projects as assigned.

Warehouse Lead Job Duties:

  • Manage inventory,
    scanning, packaging, packing slips, and shipping
  • Conduct inventory adjustments, product ordering and quality control
  • Receiving, scanning,
    and auditing packing slips for items received vs. items on PO, filing PO
    scan sheets with packing slips according to order status
  • Uphold excellent customer service levels for vendors, clients and internal team
  • Determining whether
    product goes into inventory, gets shipped back out to customers or a
    branch transfer, or is warranty product
  • Safely operate forklift within tight areas and on uneven ground
  • Maintaining a clean
    workspace: breaking down and recycling boxes, removing overstock of
    pallets and general yard maintenance

Warehouse Lead? Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience
  • 1+ years inventory management and shipping/receiving experience
  • 1+ years forklift operation experience
  • Worked for the same employer for at least one year
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs throughout shift
  • Comfortable navigating basic computer software

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Location: Seattle, WA (Georgetown)
