Job Title: (Senior) Account Manager – Aerospace & Defense

We are looking for: A passionate and experienced (Senior) Account Manager to join our Aerospace & Defense division. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Your mission will be to foster strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, identify potential for growth, and deliver tailored solutions that drive mutual success. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the aerospace and defense sectors.

Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand our market presence.

Collaborating with internal teams within a mtrix organization to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Negotiating large contracts and agreements to maximize profitability

Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Providing regular reports on account performance and market conditions to senior management.

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

You will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, preferably within the aerospace and defense sectors.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
-
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (ability to cut through complexity).

Willingness to travel internationally as required

Technical expertise in Composite Materials required
