A well known aerospace company in Kent is looking for some temporary support to their team. This company has locations in 45 countries around the world and supports a variety of industries. They pride themselves on their employee-centric culture, where ideas and innovation are valued at all levels.
In this full-time, Temporary Buyer role you will be responsible for supplier order placement and follow up. ?
Temporary Buyer Job Duties:
- Purchase materials- parts, supplies, and equipment
- Negotiate with suppliers for pricing, delivery, and quality
- Prepare, edit, and release purchase orders- follow up and expedite as necessary
- Provide quotes and pricing, prepare and edit purchase requisitions
- Foster and maintain supplier relationships
You will be successful in this role if you have strong computer skills, are a problem solver, and are detail oriented.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 5am-1:30pm or 6am-2:30pm
Pay
: $32 – $45
Temporary Buyer Job Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant buyer/procurement experience
- Strong computer skills
- Professional communication skills
- Bachelors degree in business or technology
- Manufacturing and aerospace experience preferred
