Call Center Manager
Job Duties:
- Supervise 10+ staff members
- Interview, hire, coach, and develop staff members
- Create and implement an effective training program
- Serving as a point of escalation for calls requiring a higher degree of expertise or discretion to resolve issues
You will be successful in this Call Center Manager position if you have the ability to demonstrate a strong and positive motivational style to coach and train employees!
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Call Center Manager
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a call center environment
- Knowledge and experience with call center hardware, software, metrics, and reporting
- Excellent written and oral communication
Pay:
85k and up Dependent on Experience
