Under the direction of the Call Center Manager, the Call Center Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the Call Center Staff and collaborates with Call Center leadership to guide and support departmental needs. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting in recruitment, hiring, training, development and retention of staff.

Required Qualifications:
- upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
- 2 years Experience working in a call center environment.
- 2 years Experience working in a healthcare environment.
- 2 years Lead/supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with telephone systems and telephone monitoring software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Healthcare or related field.
- 4 years Experience in a call center.
- 3 years Supervisory/management experience in a healthcare call center.
- Experience with any EMR system.
- Experience with call center telephony and reporting platform.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
