Who is Kular and what do we do?We’re an EF and YC backed tech on a mission to replace 20 million salespeople with AI. Our current tech team is from MIT, IIT, Cambridge, Microsoft and Palantir.We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to ensure our systems are highly available, secure, as we serve over 1,000 businesses who use and love Kular.What will this role be doing?As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our product. You’ll work closely with our engineers to automate processes, improve deployment speed, optimise for cost, and ensure our systems are highly available, secure, and scalable:
- Build and Maintain Infrastructure: Design and implement robust cloud infrastructure (AWS + GCP) using Terraform
- Automate CI/CD Pipelines: Develop, optimise, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, reliable releases.
- Cost Optimisation: Continuously analyse and optimise our infrastructure for cost-efficiency without compromising on performance.
- Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for infrastructure security and help enforce security policies across environments.
- Collaborate and Support: Work closely with engineers and other teams to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and share best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You have experience of setting up DevOps processes and practices, ideally in a startup or environment that’s scaling fast
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with AWS and GCP
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience using Python in production environments
