(This is a fixed-term 6 month contract.)You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and implementing processes to enhance reporting efficiency and improve financial data accuracy.To be right for this role, you have a good understanding of financial regulations (IFRS, GAAP, tax) as well as be competent in preparing financial reports and presenting the financial information in an understandable and actionable way for decision-making.The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or Equivalent) with 2+ years PQE experience working in a financial or senior accountant role.What you will do:

• Preparing, analysing, and presenting financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company’s performance.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and successfully implementing any changes to standards or recommendations from external auditors.
• Full oversight over AP/AR. Including implementing processes that enhance reporting efficiency.
• Owning Management Accounts Pack, including the commentary and presentations.
• Supporting in the preparation of statutory accounts and liaising with the company’s external auditors.
• Preparation of VAT, Corporation Tax and other tax returns.
• Ad Hoc work for the CFO and FP&A Manager.

RequirementsAbout you:

• You are a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or Equivalent).
• You have 2+ years PQE experience working in a financial or senior accounting role.
• You have the ability to solve complex financial problems while maintaining a focus on organisational goals.
• You are comfortable presenting key findings to senior finance management in addition to non-finance staff.
• You have a good understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and other relevant financial regulations.
• You are an excellent communicator, a strong team player, and highly adaptable, thriving even in fast-paced environments.

Bonus points:

• Experience with US tax regulations would be a bonus.
• Proficient in financial software, i.e NetSuite.
• You have a good understanding of financial regulations (IFRS, GAAP).

Estimated compensation for this role:

• The total cash compensation for this role is dependent on Level and Step, as well as geographic location, but we estimate that the competitive market compensation for this role is between £70,000 – £95,000 GBP based on the requirements listed in this job description.

Our interview process:

• Your first conversation with Feeld will be a screening call with our recruiter, where you’ll be able to ask – and receive answers – regarding any general questions you have and to confirm the role is a fit for what you’re seeking.
• Your second conversation will connect you directly with the hiring manager for the role you’re applying to. Here, you’ll have a chance to ask more questions about the work you’ll be doing. This conversation will also focus on your past work experiences.
• The next step for most of our roles is a candidate challenge. This is an evaluation of the skills relevant to be successful in this role and generally takes about an hour to complete.
• Your third conversation allows you the opportunity to meet the team members you might be working with on a daily basis. Here, you’ll be able to ask questions about team processes, workflow, and the employee experience at Feeld.
• We generally make an offer within 2 weeks of our final call, and offer a flexible start date that can begin as early as the next Monday after you sign our offer documentation.
