legal administration firm in Downtown Seattle is seeking a Customer Support
Agent to guide emailers through the class action lawsuit process. You’ll play a vital part of helping customers qualify for a share in the settlement by responding to inbound emails, answering questions, and providing information.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with an employer who

Job Duties:

  • Answer and respond to email communications
  • Provide information about legal case settlement details, payment
    notifications, and more
  • Respond using scripted, legal information while providing friendly and professional communication
  • Speedy and accurate data entry

People who are passionate about customer service and have strong computer skills will thrive in this role!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Customer Support Agent
Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of relevant office-based experience such as customer service, administrative, or legal experience
  • Computer proficient and strong technical skills
  • Strong written communication (spelling and grammar)
  • Speedy and accurate data entry

Pay: $21- $23/hr
