DescriptionHiring Immediately – Direct Care Worker Western MassResponsibilities:
- Support residents with developmental and behavioral disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, mobility, self-care)
- Administer medications and report concerns to supervisors
- Help with recreational programs and social skills
- Attend individual service plan meetings and accompany residents to appointments
- Drive state vehicles for transportation to activities
Requirements:
- 6+ months of direct care experience
- Active driver’s license and personal transportation
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting
