LATOKEN, a top 30 crypto exchange by CoinGecko, is expanding its marketing efforts during a pivotal crypto cycle. To strengthen its leadership in new altcoin launches and airdrops, LATOKEN is opening a CEO office in Dubai and is hiring a Dubai-based Marketing Project Manager to build the cycle-focused marketing team.

Note: This role requires presence in the CEO’s office space in Dubai Marina (JBR) and entails 70+ hours per week of dedicated hard during the rising crypto cycle with corresponding bonuses.


Role Overview

The Marketing Project Manager will create and maintain her monthly>daily detailed marketing plan, incorporating plan/fact numbers to prioretize problems/solutions across the channels. She will break down campaigns into measurable activities and content pieces to ensure accurate performance tracking. By analyzing discrepancies between planned and actual results, she will rapidly identify issues, propose adjustments, and reallocate budgets to maximize ROI. In addition to providing strategic leadership, she will manage one of the channels directly to stay hands-on and responsive.

Key Responsibilities

Master Plan Monthly>Daily channel activities with plan vs fact numbers to prioritize problem-solving.

Build the team, leverage expertise of channel advisors to hire and mentor.

Mechanize marketing workflows by integrating them into LATOKEN platforms and CRMs, providing a foundation for sustainable improvement with each iteration.

Hands-On Channel Management: Directly manage new marketing channels to establish best practices and optimize performance before transitioning responsibilities to dedicated channel managers.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience owning a marketing channel in a tier-1 marketing firm with proven impactful campaigns or experience in a high-load, structured environment such as Big3 consulting firms.
  • Problemsolving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, target-driven environment. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing analytics tools is essential; proficiency in no-code tools like Zapier and GPT is a plus.
  • Attributes: Diligent, hardworking, and highly accountable for results with a high level of integrity.
  • Crypto Experience: Beneficial but not mandatory; integrity, endurance, robustness and a results-driven culture are prioritized over web3 expertise.
