  • A variety of tasks and responsibilities: processing HR changes (hiring, promotions and other), administering our various benefits plans (group benefits, saving plans and many others), supporting payroll production and end-of-year activities.
  • Working with Workday, one of the best HR/Payroll software on the market.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process and improve employee satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  • Build a relation of trust with all managers and act as their resource person
  • Work in close collaboration with your colleagues in Payroll and HR teams.
  • Quickly develop your knowledge and skills to maximize versatility in the team
  • Continuously improve our processes and tools.

On a daily basis, this means:

  • Respond to various requests from employees (via emails, phone calls or Teams) about our policies, our various benefit programs or how to use Workday.
  • Carry out all required follow-ups for new hires: from offer letter to work permits to benefits enrollment
  • Support our managers in the administration of their employees’ record. Validate the various HR transactions in Workday and carry out the required follow-ups or corrections.
  • Administer our various benefits programs: enrolment, analysis of electronic data exchanges, adjustments to payroll files, invoicing.
  • Follow up on the timesheet process with managers for temporary employees before payroll processing.
  • Prepare all backup information and process various payments, remittances or garnishes.
  • Ensure the integrity of employee files: monitoring of work permits, immigration files, recurring payments, etc.
  • Help the Payroll team with various end-of-year tasks (T2200 or other).
  • Respond to various requests for information from external partners or government bodies.
