Customer Service Representative in Largo, Florida

Adecco is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Largo, FL . In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that we deliver outstanding service to our customers. As a CSR, you will collaborate with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure we meet our commitments and create a positive experience at every step.

Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Shift Details: Fluctuating hours, Monday through Saturday, with shifts between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. All shifts include a one-hour lunch break.

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

with Weekly Pay!

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues

• Monitor and track the progress of delivery routes

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Qualifications :

• Required : Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Preferred : High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferred : 1+ years of related experience, preferably in a call center environment

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively

• Excellent multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills

• Ability to perform well under pressure while exceeding customer expectations

Pay Details: $15.50 per hour
