Job Description:JOB SUMMARYThe HRBP position is responsible for aligning business objectives with Team Members and management in designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The successful HRBP will act as a Team Member champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and Team Members that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following. - Acts as a change agent when managing organizational change where it relates to core HR activities – organizational design, change management, team member engagement, organizational restructuring, and transitions.
- Consults with business leaders to promote the hiring, onboarding, and retention of a qualified and diverse workforce.
- Collaborates with functional human resources teams within the HR COE’s to provide HR solutions and outcomes.
- Provides coaching and guidance to managers and team members on all performance management and related issues, including identifying key talent reviews, succession planning, and performance improvement.
- Understands the learning and development needs of their client groups and acts as a liaison with Conifer’s Learning & Development to provide appropriate development opportunities to team members and the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align our culture and performance with our total rewards and recognition strategies.
- Interpret data analytics to identify trends, interventions and solutions and the ability to present data and create solutions based on findings.
- Leads and supports cross-functional projects as needed; assist with the communication and rollout of updated or new people programs and policies.

- General knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Good problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to use sound judgment and consult with higher-level HR management on problems or other requirements
- Knowledge of various areas of human resources including talent acquisition, HR and reporting systems compensation practices, organizational analysis, team member relations, diversity/inclusion, performance management, talent planning, and HR compliance.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to achieve impact and influence
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Ability to provide basic coaching to team members, including managers and staff
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on a variety of concurrent projects, with supervision, in a time sensitive manner
- Proactive, customer focused and results oriented.
- Ability to navigate a remote team member population in a complex organizational structure

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or business; or equivalent relevant experience
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus, but not required.
- Minimum 4-6 years HR Experience, preferably in healthcare

- Pay: $75,000.00 – $120,000.00 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
