Information Technology Junior Analyst

Job Description:
ISA’s Information Technology (IT) team is responsible and accountable for ensuring that our company’s technology systems run smoothly and within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. Members of the IT team will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing and technology needs. Successful IT team candidates will have proven skills and professional experience, as well as a detailed knowledge of industry best practices. Ideal candidates will have the ability and desire to work collaboratively to support service request resolution and improve overall quality of service for users’ computing and technology needs.
Because many of the duties of this position must be performed on site in Arlington, VA, candidate should be prepared to work 100% on-site. However, remote work/telework may occasionally be authorized as conditions allow.

- If this position is a remote position, you’ll primarily work as a remote employee, but may periodically work from an ISA or client site facility. (This work model is only used when a position cannot otherwise be filled with onsite personnel and is allowable by client requirements. This work model is offered as required only.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support and assist in with ongoing Cybersecurity initiatives
- Ensure all compliance reporting is generated at appropriate times and intervals
- Analysis of Compliance Reports and Alerts for trends and issues
- Working with other IT Team members to identify and correct Compliance issues
- Collaboration with teams across the organization to improve compliance controls
- Assistance to other members of the IT team with other duties supporting the organization, as needed
- Participation in special projects as assigned
- Keeps current on knowledge in the field of expertise, participates in relevant educational opportunities such as live classes and webinars, reads professional publications, and networks with other professionals.

None.
Clearance Required:
Applicants must have at least an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a clearance at the TS/SCI level. Preference will be given to those who have an active TS/SCI clearance. Applicants must be able to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status upon hiring. All ISA employees are required to uphold and maintain trustworthiness and suitability requirements of the U.S. federal government.
Experience equired:
- Junior Analyst: 1-3 years’ experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced proficiency with Excel
- High degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability for work and results
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels within the organization
Education:
Associate’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field, but additional years of experience can be substituted for degree requirement.
Certification:
Google Data Analytics Professional, CompTIA Data+ Preferred
