Job Title: 7.5T Driver
Location: Chesterfield/WorksopPay: £12.50 – £14.00Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced 7.5T driver for ongoing work in the Chesterfield/Worksop area. The role involves multidrop deliveries of varying loads, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with legal standards.
• Safely load and unload goods, ensuring all loads are secure before transport.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, adhering to schedules and customer requirements.
• Conduct multidrop deliveries, ensuring accurate delivery of varying loads to customers.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and ensure it is submitted promptly.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delays to the relevant personnel.
• Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience driving 7.5T vehicles.
• Valid 7.5T (C1) driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Experience with multidrop deliveries is preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Physical fitness to handle manual loading/unloading as needed.
