Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Louisville, Kentucky

Robert Half is offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! This role is vital in maintaining customer relations and ensuring smooth operation within the team. The hours for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively and timely

• Maintain a detail-oriented environment at all times

• Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls and schedule appointments

• Keep accurate records and manage data in Excel spreadsheets

• Ensure a reliable internet connection for seamless communication and training

• Handle and rectify computer, power cord, and equipment issues promptly

• Attend all training sessions without exception

• Have weekend availability for rotating weekend scheduling

• Adhere to assigned lunch schedules for inbound coverage

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Familiarity with Programs such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to work in a team environment
