Job Description:– Kingwood is seeking experienced, dedicated, and driven Physical Therapists to join our team of professionals at our new Kingwood location in Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles. . Our independent, locally-owned practice will be opening this Spring, and we need knowledgeable and supportive Physical Therapists to help us create an environment ideal for clients as well as staff.   • Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
  • Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
  • Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
  • Examine and evaluate new patients
  • Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
  • Establish a plan goal and time frame
  • Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
  • Measure and track intervention effectiveness
  • Educate the patient on continuing care
  • Other duties as assigned

RequirementsSuccessful Candidates Must Have:

  • Accredited PT program graduate
  • Current Texas state PT license
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and use all physical therapy modalities
  • 1+ year(s) of experience preferred, but we happily work with new graduates
  • Team player who can work in harmony with others
