  • Develop and implement strategic media plans across various online channels (e.g., search, social, display, programmatic) to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and ROI. This includes establishing the overarching influencer marketing (Amplification & Influence/A&I) strategy creating synergies within all brand activations .
  • Oversee all aspects of digital campaign management, including budgeting, planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across both paid media and influencer activations. Provide strategic direction to the A&I specialist/manager on influencer selection, campaign briefs, and content strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, education) and external agencies/influencers to ensure integrated and consistent brand messaging.
  • Oversee the A&I collaboration with other departments for seamless integration of influencer activities.
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for influencer marketing campaigns. Analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI. Ensure the A&I specialist/manager utilizes data-driven insights to inform influencer strategies.
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, including influencer marketing landscape evolution, and proactively identify new opportunities to reach and engage target audiences. Guide the A&I team on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Content Optimization:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with the target audience.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content across all digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, email).
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure it is accessible and user-friendly across all devices .- prioritize on Amazon
  • Analyze content performance and identify areas for improvement.

B2B Data Activation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to leverage B2B data to drive sales and improve customer relationships.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Work with sales teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns based on data insights.
  • Manage and maintain B2B databases and ensure data accuracy.

Brand Code Adherence & Equity Protection:

  • Ensure all online activities, content, and communications strictly adhere to the brand codes and guidelines for both Kérastase and Shu Uemura.
  • Proactively identify and address any potential threats to brand equity in the digital space.
  • Champion brand consistency across all online platforms and touchpoints.
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on brand guidelines and best practices.

E-commerce Management: (focus on Amazon, Sephora)

  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms to maximize sales conversion.
  • Own local products launches in term of content & PDP building .
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless online customer experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Effectively collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, education, creative agency, CDMO team in PPD and group) to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with all team members and stakeholders.

Performance Management & Reporting:

  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team and track progress against KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and key metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Manage agencies relationship to get the best of their support to build strong and trusted relationships

Managerial Expectations:A&I Team Management:

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to the A&I specialist/manager and their team.
  • Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the A&I team, aligned with overall brand and business goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and optimal resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the A&I specialist/manager the exploration of new platforms, formats, and influencer partnerships.

Who you are :

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search, social, display, and programmatic.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of influencer landscape, measurement methodologies, and relationship management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital marketing tools.
