Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, relationship-based care to patients and clients
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical team and practice leadership to ensure top-tier medical care
- Foster and maintain strong relationships within the practice and the local Naples community
- Promote the growth and development of support staff through an internal LevelUp training program
- Manage a diverse caseload, including surgeries and appointments during regular hours
Qualifications:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active license in good standing to practice in the state of employment (or the ability to obtain a license in that state)
