About this role:

In this role, you will:
-
Communicating with clients by correspondence/emails and via phone.
-
Provide solutions to internal and external customer inquiries regarding Standby Letters of Credit.
-
Partner with existing clients, Trade Service Consultants, and Relationship Managers to present product or service information, consult on operating and account issues, recommending alternatives, and identifying opportunities to resolve customer inquiries.

Analyze and resolve most customer issues with minimal supervision and ensuring client retention.
-
Researching account and transaction records while navigating multiple computer system windows, applications, and search tools to find information.
-
Navigate, troubleshoot, and provide technical support to internal and external customers through CEO Trade online platform.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of Standby letters of credit, processes, and procedures.

Knowledge and understanding of international trade operations
-
Experience working CEO Trade online platform; as well as experience handling import/export letters of credit and/or collections.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (Soft Skills are extremely important for this position)
-
Experience implementing solutions on behalf of the customer or client, while improving productivity and customer satisfaction
-
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization., including external partners.

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
-
Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Very Strong Problem-solving skills are essential for this position.

Experience assisting w/ Complex products and high-end customers or clients.
-
Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.

Ability to provide excellent customer service when working with difficult situations and develop lasting customer relationships.

Must have a strong ability to retain and apply new knowledge.

Strong and precise typing skills.

Strong telephone etiquette skills

Experience managing high volumes of calls and emails
Job Expectations:

This is a Hybrid position which requires 3 days in office and 2 remote (Subject to change)

The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00pm.

Candidate must be willing to work additional hours as needed.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
