About the roleThe GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a Senior Demand Forecaster to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. They are responsible for supply chain management, logistics, inventory and most importantly getting our products to our customer on time so they can get on with running their business. It’s a multifaceted department with plenty of variety and challenge. You will deal with a global supplier and distribution network looking at ways to improve our processes and make us more efficient in the way we source, warehouse and distribute TGB’s growing range.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Demand Forecasting Manager to develop and maintain our short- and long-term global forecasts, ensuring they align with our business capabilities and support organisational growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building and modelling forecasts across multiple product categories, sales channels and regions, the ability to track and report on market trends and knowledge of managing S&OP processes.About you:The successful applicant will have a background in demand planning within a similar industry. They will be adaptable and thrive in a fast paced business that is evolving and growing. Scale is important, we have a range of products and launch new shades and lines every month. Here are a few things we’ll be looking for:Extensive experience in Demand Planning, preferably in a fast moving product business.Proven track record in building and modelling Excel-based demand forecasts across multiple product categories.Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and streamline processes in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Why TGB?At TGB, we’re driven by passion and dedication to become a leader in our industry.
