What you’ll doBe a part of the exciting world of entertainment and content as a grad on the Bell Media team. Start your career with sought-after hands-on experiences and learning opportunities in TV, radio, out-of-home, and digital media. Graduates will learn from best-in-class industry experts, create content for Bell Media platforms, understand digital technology’s impact on media, and explore different media aspects through rotations in entertainment, news, radio, and sports.The Media Graduate program is built on the four pillars of media: Make, Market, Monetize and Measure. You will have the opportunity to experience different facets of media over the course of 24 to 30 months. You will rotate through TV and radio programming and production, marketing and digital media departments, our media and advertising sales teams, as well as our revenue management and strategic insights teams.What we’re looking forDuring the program, you’ll be fast-tracking your career at Canada’s premier multimedia company with leading assets in TV, radio, out-of-home, and digital media, all while networking and learning about all aspects of the media industry from experts in the field. A sample of what you will be involved in:

• Producing TV, radio and digital content as well as live broadcasts and events
• Creating content and features, writing advertising scripts
• Assisting with the end-to-end sales processes
• Evaluating our performance and generating ideas so that we remain Canada’s #1 media company

RequirementsYou have a Bachelor’s or College/CEGEP diploma in Media, Radio, and Television Arts or Journalism, Business Media Management or a related field.Technical Skills

• You have a proven understanding and passion for media programming as well as entertainment, sports, news, radio, and pop culture content
• You are experienced in copywriting and script vetting
• You are extremely savvy in social media
• You can thrive an environment that is fast-paced and demands trend-setting creativity, as well as the ability to execute against challenging timelines.
