The ProgrammeOur Summer 2025 Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build essential business acumen, and gain insight into our departments. For eight to twelve weeks, you will join the IT Department, where you will develop your skills under the mentorship of business leaders and experienced colleagues.Your role will involve meaningful tasks with clear objectives and goals, providing real responsibility from day one. Beyond your team, you will connect widely across the organisation through networking events with senior leaders and colleagues, training sessions, and a local charity initiative, all while building strong connections within the summer internship cohort.By the end of the summer internship programme, you will have gained invaluable insights and particular skills to set you up for a successful career after graduation.Your role will focus on either data or business analysis and software development.Candidate CriteriaTo be eligible for the programme, you must be an undergraduate who will be returning to University after you have completed the internship. No previous experience is required, we are looking for students who are intrigued and motivated to learn more about the technology and financial world and are committed to learning more about a specific business area.You must be studying towards Higher Education (Degree or equivalent) in either computer science, maths, physics, engineering or finance.The below skills will be essential:
