As a Account Executive at Home Made, you’ll play a vital role in our B2B sales funnel, specialising in rental offers within our Build-to-Rent accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include offer qualification, negotiation, and seamless progression to our tenancy operations team. You’ll contribute directly to creating a better renting experience for all stakeholders.Key Details:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am–6 pm or 10 am–7 pm), plus a fortnightly Saturday (with a day in lieu).
  • Location: Southwark office-based role, transitioning to one day a week WFH after probation.
  • Salary: £25K base salary + commission (OTE £40K)
  • Start Date: Please note that all hiring is currently for start dates in 2025.

  • Oversee the end-to-end rental offer process for Build-to-Rent clients.
  • Accurately input and manage offer details in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with business standards.
  • Qualify and prepare offers that meet defined rules and compliance criteria.
  • Lead negotiations with renters, securing rental agreements while keeping all parties informed.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to fulfil our mission of transforming the rental market.
