Accounting Assistant

This is an established, Washington-based company with a production facility and warehouse in Bothell, looking for an
Accounting Assistant
to join their team!

If you have 2 or more years of accounting experience and are looking to grow your skills, this could be an exciting opportunity for you!

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and sales receipts
• Review sales orders and print invoices
• Record all Accounts Receivable and process payments
• Assist with monthly closing
• Maintain customer database and setup new customers in system for billing

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 6am-3pm in office, with the potential to work one day per week remotely upon completion of training

Pay:

• $32-$38 per hour

Accounting Assistant Requirements:

• Associate degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of professional Accounting experience
• Knowledge of credit checks and Dun & Bradsheet
• Working knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
• Valid notary public license a plus
