Job Description:Robert Half is partnered with a renowned organization who is hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager to their team. This is a full time permanent position located in Toronto. As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for;

• Manage, train and guide three accounts receivable clerks
• Monitor customer accounts regularly to identify and address any issues
• Oversee invoice process ensuring accurate and timely generation of invoices
• Handle customer escalations and take appropriate action to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Review Accounts Receivable process and implement strategies and best practices to streamline and improve processes
• Prepare and review accounts receivable ageing reports, analyze trends and provide recommendations
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and other financial reports for leadership team
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Over 5 year’s experience in Accounting/Finance with over 2 year’s supervisory/management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
• CPA Designation or in progress of completing CPA
• Previous experience working within a unionized environment is an asset
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data and provide financial forecasts

Expected salary

$95000 – 115000 per year
