Job Description:Robert Half is partnered with a renowned organization who is hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager to their team. This is a full time permanent position located in Toronto. As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for;
Manage, train and guide three accounts receivable clerks
Monitor customer accounts regularly to identify and address any issues
Oversee invoice process ensuring accurate and timely generation of invoices
Handle customer escalations and take appropriate action to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
Review Accounts Receivable process and implement strategies and best practices to streamline and improve processes
Prepare and review accounts receivable ageing reports, analyze trends and provide recommendations
Prepare cash flow forecasts and other financial reports for leadership team
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
Requirements:
Over 5 year’s experience in Accounting/Finance with over 2 year’s supervisory/management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
CPA Designation or in progress of completing CPA
Previous experience working within a unionized environment is an asset
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and provide financial forecasts
