Accounts Receivable Specialist

looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to its accounting team in San
Antonio.     

This company has been open for more than 50 years and has
locations throughout the country.  Due to
growth, this role is open and is a Direct Hire opportunity. 

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be
responsible to support the accounting teams AR functions and partnering with
administrative team members to ensure payment of services is received.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job
Duties:  

·      Reconciliation
of accounts, process invoices and track payments

·      Manage
deposits and update account status of clients

·      Responsible
for collections, design of payment plan and negotiation payoffs

·      Work
closely with management and provide updates on client status

·      Support
accounting team with projects and other business duties

 Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Requirements:

·      A
minimum of 2+ years performing AR functions

·      1+
year of experience doing collections and confident working with customers

·      Experience
utilizing QuickBooks or other accounting software, as well as Excel

·      Strong
communication skills and a customer first mentality

·      Highly
motivated and team orientated 

·      Bonus
– have an AA or Bachelors in equivalent field

Schedule:

·     
Monday – Friday

·     
7-4 or 8-5

Compensation: $50-52K
(DOE)
